To perform general office activities that provide clerical and administrative report including but not limited to CEO, managers, and staff. To optimize and assist in coordinating activities of the facility. Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing and filing. Assists weekly the medical staff office; credentialing knowledge a plus. Prepares notebooks, manuals, and copies of handouts for distribution. Process correspondences and reports as requested. Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information. Attend Board, committee meetings or other meetings as requested in order to record minutes.
